operates the website www.virucaconsulting.com
(hereinafter: Website) and, in the course of its operation, processes the data of visitors to the Website as well as registered users who use the services available on the Website (hereinafter jointly referred to as: Data Subjects).<\/p>\n

    2. Purpose of Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Controller processes the data provided by the Data Subject during registration exclusively for the purpose of providing the services available on the Website, maintaining contact, identifying the user, and \u2013 in case of subscription to the newsletter \u2013 sending newsletters.<\/p>\n

    Automatically collected data serve the purpose of compiling statistics and technically developing the IT system.<\/p>\n

    Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties or authorities \u2013 unless otherwise required by mandatory law \u2013 with the prior explicit consent of the Data Subject.<\/p>\n

    5. Duration of Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Registration data are stored until deleted by the Data Subject.
    Newsletter data are stored until unsubscription, otherwise for a maximum of 2 years.
    Technical log data \u2013 with the exception of the date of the last visit \u2013 are stored for 2 years.
    Contact form data are stored until a deletion request is submitted.<\/p>\n
