(hereinafter jointly referred to as: Controller)
operates the website www.virucaconsulting.com
(hereinafter: Website) and, in the course of its operation, processes the data of visitors to the Website as well as registered users who use the services available on the Website (hereinafter jointly referred to as: Data Subjects).
In connection with data processing, the Controller hereby informs Data Subjects about the personal data processed on the Website, the principles and practices followed in processing personal data, and the ways and possibilities for exercising the rights of Data Subjects. By using the Website, the Data Subject accepts the provisions of this Privacy Policy and consents to the data processing described below.

2. Purpose of Data Processing
The Controller processes the data provided by the Data Subject during registration exclusively for the purpose of providing the services available on the Website, maintaining contact, identifying the user, and – in case of subscription to the newsletter – sending newsletters.
Automatically collected data serve the purpose of compiling statistics and technically developing the IT system.
Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties or authorities – unless otherwise required by mandatory law – with the prior explicit consent of the Data Subject.
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
Data processing is based on the voluntary consent of the Data Subject and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The Controller does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided. The person providing the data is solely responsible for their accuracy.

5. Duration of Data Processing
Registration data are stored until deleted by the Data Subject.
Newsletter data are stored until unsubscription, otherwise for a maximum of 2 years.
Technical log data – with the exception of the date of the last visit – are stored for 2 years.
Contact form data are stored until a deletion request is submitted.
6. Scope of Processed Personal Data

IP address, date and time of visit, browser type, previously visited website
